changed - moved boss kill score to show on bonus screen instead.
changed - extended boss loop so it takes longer to timeout.
changed - increased HP of smaller enemies slightly to encourage use of flame and bullets.
changed - decreased laser charge speed when using the inefficient weapon against an enemy.
changed - missiles speed now accelerates and alternates side of player they're fired from.
fixed - parallax scrolling out of sync after Everdrive in-game menu accessed.
