Changed dash to be less sensitive to trigger.
Added dynamic difficulty based on medal rank (stars in top right). Difficulty chosen in the options also still applies.
Added weapon switch option for Up/Down (Up moves primary weapon left), and Down/Up (Down moves primary weapon left).
